As the General Manager, Jason also attends industry conferences and one on one meetings with industry leaders like Microsoft, ASUS, OKI, ACMA, NBN, Aristel, Telstra, Optus and similar to stay at the leading edge of the market.

Tanya founded iAssist as a sole operator in 2002 providing MYOB Consulting and training to local businesses. She has been an MYOB Certified Consultant since May 2002 and a Registered BAS Agent since the inception of the BAS agent program. Today, Tanya is the Manager of iAssist’s Account Services team which includes an additional MYOB Certified Consultant, a Xero Certified Advisor and 2 bookkeepers. Tanya is also iAssist’s Operations Manager, Human Resource Manager and Finance Manager. Given Tanya’s extensive understanding of finance, accounting and business in general she is a highly sought after resource for many businesses whether it is a one off appointment for setup of a business or regular ongoing consulting, support and training.

Tiana Ruckert commenced working with iAssist as a school based Trainee in 2009 and completed a CertIII in Business Administration through this Traineeship. She accepted a full time role with iAssist in 2011 as our internal and contract MYOB Bookkeeper. In 2014 Tiana completed a CertIV in Financials Servcies (Bookkeeping) and was then accepted as a Member with ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers
MYOB Certified Consultant.
Tammy commenced working with iAssist in the Accounting Services team in a part time capacity in June 2008. She successfully passed her MYOB certification in December 2009 and has maintained her certification since. She attends MYOB Conferences and webinars each year in order to ensure that we are aware of the very latest in technology in the Accounting industry and are able to offer up to date information and assistance to new and existing clients. In her capacity as an Account Services Consultant (specialising in MYOB) she offers training, consulting and BAS services under the iAssist BAS agent registration and is required regularly to liaise with Accountants and ATO on behalf of clients. Tammy is able to draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience that can only come from working for years in this industry with a very diverse range of clients in an equally diverse range of industries.
Service Works Controller
Kai Spence started working at iAssist as a school based Trainee in 2011 working one day a week while completing a Cert III in Information Technology. In November 2013 Kai started full time launching the iAssist FreeDesk and spent as the next 2 years managing that Department. Today Kai is the Service Manager of both the Information Technology and Communications Departments and handles all workflow in and out. Kai still endeavours to assist FreeDesk Clients both in store and over the phone.
