Service Works Controller

Kai Spence started working at iAssist as a school based Trainee in 2011 working one day a week while completing a Cert III in Information Technology. In November 2013 Kai started full time launching the iAssist FreeDesk and spent as the next 2 years managing that Department. Today Kai is the Service Manager of both the Information Technology and Communications Departments and handles all workflow in and out. Kai still endeavours to assist FreeDesk Clients both in store and over the phone.
