SAM is used by the team at iAssist to record important information about your site. This information assists both you and the iAssist technicians to resolve problems efficiently.
Your personal log-in allows you to view personal details like usernames, passwords, device settings, service history, billing, and much more. Furthermore SAM is a live hosted website that gives you up-to-date access to this information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any internet connection in the world.

The best part of SAM is that it is free. When you become an iAssist customer by simply using our services, you will be given your individual username and password to the SAM System. You can add your assets into the database yourself or for a small fee, one of our Qualified Technicians can perform a site audit.
