The iAssist FreeDesk is a phone and chat-based service offered by the team at iAssist. It provides level 1 support for various technical issues, free of charge. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contacting FreeDesk: You can reach the FreeDesk team by calling the provided number or clicking on the chat icon on the iAssist website
  2. Initial Assistance: Level 1 engineers will attempt to assist you over the phone or chat. If they can resolve the issue, the case is closed at no cost
  3. Escalation: If the level 1 engineers are unable to resolve the issue, they will offer to log a job for a paid service. Paid services can be quoted upon request

FreeDesk covers a wide range of technical support areas, including computers, phones, internet, emails, virus issues, backups, streaming, TV reception, website hosting, and cloud services

  • You speak with or chat to our level 1 engineers.
  • Our engineers will attempt to assist you over the phone.
  • If the problem is solved then the case is closed.. FREE
  • If our level one engineers are unable to resolve the issue, We will offer to log a job for a paid service.
