  1. Disclaimer

1.1 Our fees reflect the expertise and specialist knowledge we’ve acquired. While we strive to resolve your issues, specific results cannot always be guaranteed.

1.2 We charge a diagnostics fee before performing any repairs. If you proceed with a proposed repair, the diagnostic fee will apply toward the repair cost. If you choose not to repair your device, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable and covers our time and costs for diagnosis.

1.3 We may be unable to fix issues if your device is too old, parts are unavailable, or you refuse to upgrade your operating system or software.

1.4 Time spent on your behalf, including phone conversations, meetings, site visits, and paperwork, will be charged as applicable.

1.5 Estimates are provided on a best-effort basis. In some cases, repairs may not be economically feasible. You’re responsible for repair costs regardless of the outcome.

1.6 We’ll estimate completion time for repairs, but unforeseen circumstances or reliance on third parties (e.g., ISPs, software vendors) may impact our ability to meet estimates.

1.7 For physical defects requiring device opening, consider using the manufacturer’s warranty. Our repairs may void existing warranties.

1.8 We reserve the right to refuse work beyond our scope or ability.

1.9 We’ll install additional software for system monitoring and remote support. You can refuse installation and request removal.

  1. Billing Terms

2.1 We charge a flat hourly rate with a minimum fee to cover fixed expenses. You’ll only be billed for the time spent on your job.

2.2 On-site visits have a minimum one-hour charge, even if repairs take less time.

2.3 Most shop repairs are based on flat rate fees.

2.4 Remote and shop repairs have a minimum half-hour charge unless advised otherwise.

2.5 Additional repair time is billed in 15-minute increments.

2.6 Urgent assistance, after-hours support, or holiday service may incur extra fees.

2.7 Travel charges apply for customers outside the local area.

  1. Payment Terms

3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.

3.2 We reserve the right to charge full or partial repair costs before any work is done.

3.3 Ordered computer parts, hardware, or software must be paid in advance.
