Purpose:
Oversee daily administrative operations, supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff, and assist with HR processes and tasks.

Role: General Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of administrative and customer service departments.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate internal communication and maintain office records.
- Resolve escalated issues and provide problem-solving support.
- Plan and promote events, including meetings and training sessions.
- Oversee special projects and record meeting minutes.
Financial Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and approve transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.

Position Title: Trainee Communications Engineer

Location: Rockhampton
Position Overview: The Trainee Communications Engineer will assist in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions under the supervision of a Senior Engineer. This role involves reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, conducting technical and feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience and develop skills necessary for a successful career in communications engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of communication systems and solutions.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Support the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT and customer service, to ensure project success.
- Provide technical support and assistance to senior engineers and other team members.
