The Service Manager plays a critical leadership role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the IT services team. The position is responsible for managing technician scheduling, optimising team productivity, and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and on time.

This role works closely with clients, technicians, and internal departments to maintain clear communication, resolve service issues, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Success in this position requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to balance resource planning with service quality, ensuring both operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.

This entry-level role is the first point of contact for clients, providing professional front desk service while delivering basic Level 1 IT support for computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
