IMS Agreement – Single Seat (iAssist Managed Services)

A Single Seat under the iAssist Managed Services (IMS) Agreement provides one authorised user with access to iAssist’s managed IT services and supported systems.

Each seat is allocated to an individual user and includes the delivery of core managed services such as system monitoring, maintenance, security management, and user support, as defined within the IMS Agreement.

Each Single Seat includes:

  • One Microsoft 365 licence (Basic, Standard, or Premium as specified)
  • Up to three (3) iAssist Internet Security licences for the user’s devices
  • Unlimited business-hours technician support (remote and on-site) for that individual user

Seats are licensed on a per-user basis and are not intended for shared or concurrent use. This ensures each user receives consistent service coverage, security oversight, and support accountability.

Additional seats can be provisioned at any time to support business growth or changes in staffing requirements

iAssist Managed Services is a packaged product and includes 1 of each of these components.
